From selecting building materials and finalizing designs to handing over the keys and remotes, your construction journey begins here.

As part of the process, you'll review the scope of work while finalizing your garage package design and completing the necessary paperwork. For custom garage designs, our expert designers collaborate with you to create a personalized plan that matches your vision.

Once finalized, we take care of obtaining city permits, ensuring approval and maintaining our high-quality standards. We'll reach out with your official start date to keep you informed every step of the way

 If demolition is needed, we start with a site visit to review the work and outline the excavation and demolition areas. Together on-site, we ensure all materials and objects slated for removal are clearly marked and accounted for. From there, our demolition team takes charge and gets the job done efficiently. If utilities are present within the construction zone, we coordinate with providers to protect or relocate them as needed. 

If you require concrete, we begin by confirming the garage placement and positioning the forms accordingly. Our skilled concrete professionals will pour the slab, ideally with a curb, to safeguard your garage from the elements. If a driveway or sidewalk is part of the project, these will also be completed at this stage. Additionally, any trenching or utility work needed to service your garage will be carefully managed to avoid damage, delays, or unnecessary mess. If a curb is selected it will also be water proofed, like a home foundation to step any hydrostatic pressure. Still will prolong the life of the garage

 The construction process begins. We proceed step by step, completing framing, roofing, siding, eaves, electrical work, windows, and doors to bring your vision to life. Throughout each stage, we conduct thorough quality checks to uphold our standards and maintain our industry-leading NEW GARAGE WARRANTY. City inspections are scheduled, and if concrete was poured earlier, grading is finalized. At this stage, most garages are ready for inspection. 

 Have you opted for a finished interior on your garage? If you've chosen interior upgrades such as painting, floor coating, heating systems, or additional storage and cabinetry, we now proceed with the installation, ensuring every detail aligns with your selections. Your garage will be fully prepped and ready for work or hobbies

We conduct a thorough site clean-up and building review to ensure everything is finished and 100% ready for you. During the final occupancy review, we meet with you to confirm that your garage meets your expectations.

Once the review is complete and final touch-ups are addressed, we schedule a time to hand over your keys, remote, and sign off on the garage completion. At this time, we also process the final payment and provide you with a comprehensive garage owner's package, including your warranty information.
